No view along the road to Zumwalt Meadows in Kings Canyon National Park is the same. Trees and shrubs clung to the rocky outcroppings and our little Ford Fiesta took those hairpin turns with care. Every twisty mile we drove took us closer to the foot of those glacier carved cliffs.
